About Mere Glass Jewellery
Drawn to the vibrant hues of nature, I transform my passion for colour into captivating glass art. Inspired by landscapes and wildlife, I use enamels, crushed glass, and various mediums to create smooth blends and textured abstracts.
My pieces often feature figures immersed in these colorful scenes and are collaborative by nature. My art reflects the influence of my Aunt Ashild Karevoll’s glass art training and my shared creative spirit with my partner, Aidie.
The tactile nature of glass, with its smooth and textured surfaces, adds another dimension to my work. Each piece emerges from the kiln, transformed in shape and color, embracing the element of chance that lies at the heart of the artistic process.
