About Kit and the Kite
Kit and the Kite is in its infancy but quickly growing as is it’s namesake. Inspired by the illustrators life long love of animals the brand is designed to appeal to children of all ages.
Claire was born in Kent but brought up in the North of England, before moving to London to study Graphic Design. Her design career was put on hold while bringing up her four children in France but they are now of an age which allows Claire once again wholeheartedly to pursue her passion for design and illustration.
The brand combines colourful lettering and monochrome illustrations ( printed on both sides of the mug) to create products with a personal touch. Matching place mats, coasters and cards following soon.
