Paola De Giovanni is a marbling artist and textile designer, graduate of the London College of Fashion, MA-Fashion Studies.
During the global epidemic Paola taught herself marbling and acrylic pouring, she considers these techniques a form of active meditation: grounding, liberating and empowering. She describes marbling as “painting on water”, a mesmerising art technique that has endless potential to create stunning art.
She create blends of her marbling and acrylic pouring art, often digitally combined with her flower photography, available as wall art prints and velvet/cotton cushions, great gifts ideas all year round and for various occasions.
Her intricate and colourful mixed media artworks are like abstract labyrinths where the viewer is drawn into a mesmerizing and kaleidoscopic visual experience.
Each artwork is printed on matt Hahnemuhle paper, with archival inks to guarantee colour fasteness, available in various formats unframed, printed in the UK.
Paola is also available for bespoke commissions and collaborations with interior designers and art buyers for residential and hospitality projects.
