About Kirsty Todd Illustrations

I grew up in Scotland wild, free and with the great outdoors to entertain me. On rainy days it was back to my drawing pad and an endless supply of books from the local library.

I studied Landscape Architecture and spent many hours mastering the skills of detailed ink illustration and quick pencil/watercolour sketches. I have now transferred these skills onto my I pad and am loving fusing old techniques with new skills and technology.

I have recently signed a contract to illustrate a wonderful children’s story packed full of elephants, giraffes, and the occasional crocodile! So, I am having great fun immersing myself in these characters.

I try to create illustrations that are cheerful to live with and that get people thinking, feeling, and giggling.

My art is printed as high quality embossed giclee prints, presented framed or unframed in a variety of sizes.
