Ellie Good Illustration

Joyfully sustainable gifts and paper goods, made with the aim of bringing smiles to faces and keeping the planet happy. With EVERY item sold 5p is donated to environmental charities and projects.

At the age of 7, Ellie pestered her local MP for glass (yes, glass!) bottle recycling. It worked! And from then on, campaigning for a fair respect for nature has been an integral part of her life. In 2009 Ellie published an indie magazine called EggMag, to encourage people to live ethically without living less. The mag closed it’s last page in 2011, and after having two amazing babies, the world of planet-trashing product REALLY got her goat once again. Ellie set up her eponymous brand in 2017, selling sustainably made, 100% recycled cards with no plastic wrap. It proved popular, so the range has expanded to include a selection of useful and made-to-last wares, tote bags and paper goods.

With a degree in fine art and a background in graphic design, Ellie’s characterful creations are an amalgamation of both disciplines. Ellie uses her colourful, hand-drawn, painted and geometric illustrations to make sustainable homewares and paper goods, with the aim of bringing smiles to people’s faces and keeping the planet happy.

Ellie will only ever make products that are useful and made-to-last. Single-use is not in her vocab! The materials used to print on are always recycled or made in a genuinely sustainable way, and reproduced using environmentally conscious printing companies. All packaging used is upcycled, recycled, recyclable or biodegradable; right down to the corn-starch pockets for prints and cotton or wool twine used for grouping cards.
